Within project „3d and Virtual Reality Technologies for VET“ online conference was held in organisation of Juraj Dobrila University of Pula and Scientific – technology institute VISIO. Participants were: project manager, Associate Professor Sven Maričić, Vice Rector for research, art and cooperation, professor Marinko Škare, academic Miroslav Radman (Mediterranean Institute for Life Science), Branka Bernard, PhD (MediLS), Mladen Merćep (MediLS ), Tinka Vidović (MediLS), Damir Medved (Ericsson Nikola Tesla), rapporteur of European Parliament for the Digital Europe program, European innovator of the year 2017 Michela Magaš and artist Martine – Nicole Rojina. Professor Sven Maričić presented the project, goals and Croatian and foreign partners. Furthermore, he expressed the satisfaction with current collaboration and announced strengthening the collaboration with stakeholders and partners.
Participants have discussed the importance of the new technologies, its applications, underlining the necessity of stronger promotion of science as well as the ethical component in public space.
