There will be two versions of the handbook created suitable for both Vocational schools. The content of the handbook will includetheoretical part covering following subjects:
UNIT 1: Basic information, introduction to new technologies in vocational education.
UNIT 2: Additive technologies in professional design practice.
UNIT3: Examples of good practice in cross-sectoral cooperation in vocational education.
UNIT4: Virtual reality (VR).
UNIT5: The basics of robotics and automation.
UNIT6: The use of additive technologies in robotics, creation, and presentation of solutions.
UNIT7: CAD-CAM.
UNIT8: Industrial application analysis and 3D modeling approach.
For Medical school, specific biotech approach will be analyzed and presented in order to build 3d modules for school’s special needs. It follows the same structure as the Modul 1.

INTELLECTUAL OUTPUT 2
Open, online, digital education – E-learning course/module – Guidelines for 3D and VR experience
Output Type Open / online / digital education – E-learning course / module
Start Date: 01.10.2020.
End Date: 01.11.2021.
This Intellectual Output suggests the development of the Guidelines for 3D and VR experience e-learning platform and the respective interactive tools. The Guidelines for 3D and VR experience e-learning platform will be created, using the open-source platform WordPress which allows for the construction of personalized learning environments. It will be user-centered, suggesting the creation of personal profiles through an easy sign-up process and allowing for tracking the learning progress and achievements.
The platform will use some gamification techniques, which will make the learning experience more engaging in order to ensure an innovative approach and as a strategy to make user interfaces more engaging to achieve goals. At the application stage the partners plan that the e-learning platform will have 3 sections:
- Library of 3D models will be available
Warehouse of 3D models – 3D Warehouse is an opensource library where anyone can upload and download custom 3D objects made with SketchUp. Creation of object similar to what one could use. Users will connect to a cloud-based system from where they take modules and produce materials/models themselves according to the material generated in the system. Every person that attends the course will have to provide the email address for sharing the material via Cloud models. For sharing 3D models a Cloud based program Fusion 360 will be used.
- Units containing introductory guidelines for VET students on how to use 3D Warehouse:
Unit 1: introduction.
Unit 2: Component/file management.
Unit 3: Preparing and uploading components to 3D Warehouse.
Unit 4: Organizing your content in 3D Warehouse.
Unit 5: 3D Warehouse professional features.
Each partner according to their field of expertise will participate in the creation of the platform.
