The exhibition “Knowledge to health: 65 years of the Medical School Pula (1956-2021)” was opened in the museum-gallery space „Sveta srca“ in Pula. It will be open until February 2nd 2022, and culminate with the publication of the school monograph. The exhibition brings photographs of students and school staff over 65 years, numerous objects, videos and a large number of displays of the development of health care in Istria during the Austro-Hungarian and Italian periods.
The opening of the exhibition was attended by the prefect Boris Miletić, the mayor of Pula Filip Zoričić, and many former and current employees of the Medical School Pula. On behalf of the Medical School Pula, the director Ivan Žagar, and teachers from the project team “3DandVRforVET” Ana Krelja (co-author of the exhibition) and Krešo Dembić participated. The project team of the University consisting of Assoc. Prof. Sven Maričić, Ph.D. Ivona Peternel and Kristina Hlavati Bertoncelj, mag.oec, also attended the ceremony.
A special place in the exhibition was dedicated to the project “3DandVRforVET” and among the exhibits were a robotic arm, a model of the Pula Arena and a silver and bronze medal won at international exhibitions of innovations.
