Within Erasmus+ project „3D and Virtual Reality Technologies for VET“ – 3DandVRforVET, project reference 2019-1-HR01-KA202-061006, first virtual consortium meeting was held from 5th to 6th May 2020. In accordance with current epidemiological situation, two-days meeting was held virtually. Assoc. Prof. Sven Maričić (General Project Manager) opened the international meeting with introductary word and announced Assoc. Prof. Valter Boljunčić, Vice- Rector for Cooperation, Innovation and Technology Transfer.

Ivona Peternel, PhD, Head of the Office for Partnership and Projects presented project collaboration timeline.

Partners from Croatia, France, Norway and Romania presented their organisations and relevant experience. The next day partners have discussed financial management, quality management and project dissemination and communication.

The main objective of the project is the dissemination of knowledge to the students, professors and other enthusiasts in the field of new trending technologies of CAD modeling, 3d printing, and Virtual reality. The special focus is on the target audience of technical school, vocational industrial school.

The main idea of the project is the development, design, and transfer of the innovative specialized skills and tools used in the fields of additive technologies, robotics and virtual reality into the vocational education sector through the development of specialized education modules. Total project budget is 200.570,00 EUR.
